We accept Visa and Master Card, American Express and Discover world wide. Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. 

 

Please Note: Due to the increase in fraudulent transactions, customers may be required to send additional identification prior to shipping. This may include:

1. A copy or picture of a valid photo I.D.

2. A copy or picture of the credit card. The name on the card must match the name on the I.D card. For security, you may cover the first twelve digits of the credit card. We only need to see the last four digits on the card and the name.

Once these required items above are received, your order will ship out the some day or the next day if production is completed.

 

If the shipping and billing addresses do not match, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to verify the correct address. If your package needs to go to an address that is different from the billing address, please e-mail us for approval. 

** All credit/ debit payments must be made online. For the security of your credit/debit card information, we do not process payments over the phone.

**Also, you have the option to make a half deposit of the total price, which is non-refundable, and have the remaining balance upon shipping. Production of unit will not begin until full payment have been received.

Coupons

Only one promotional discount coupon can be used per order. A coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional discounts are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. AJCustomWigs reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time.
